About the client

Our client is an international processer of fish and seafood. Their main products are ready-shelled shrimps and other top quality products based on shellfish in brine.

The Challenge

The customer was looking for a way to scale-up production capacity without having to increase manual labor as well.

The solution

The solution was a 4 lane weighing line to automate weighing and packing of shrimps in brine. The product is handled on a single multihead weigher with a 4 x 1 distribution tool and a brine filler in-line with the weighing and filling station.

The result

The client optimized their production of seafood products and got the increased capacity they were after without having to scale up the workforce. Today the line is running perfectly bringing high quality products to the market.
