It is all about the people

Without our employees, Cabinplant would not be among the leading partners in the food processing industry. Our complex food processing solutions require skilled and dedicated people to invest time and energy in creating the next skyrocket machinery and equipment. It is our responsibility to establish and ensure a healthy and good workplace culture with room for different minds and different ideas. Our average seniority of more than 12 years speaks for itself, and we are proud to have established a workplace with loyal and dedicated employees.

We appreciate a diverse workforce and understand that talent comes in many different shapes and forms. One model does not necessarily fit all, but we do believe that it is possible for everyone to fit in, if the workplace is both inclusive, open, and tolerant. At Cabinplant, we see education as an investment in the future. We are happy to welcome apprentices, trainees, and interns into the organization and to entrust them with meaningful tasks and responsibility. They contribute by bringing curiosity and dedication, and integrate easily and quickly into the organization. We work closely with local schools and educational institutions and are also happy to offer short or long trainee programs to young students.

Being a strong partner in the community in which we operate is paramount to our existence and mutually beneficial to both our business and the community. Therefore, we have partnerships with the local sports association, the local cinema, and trade association.

Driving Impact Locally and Globally

As a global company, we recognize our responsibility to contribute positively to society. We support the local handball club GOG, a team known for their commitment and dedication. We also provide financial support to a range of initiatives, including cancer research and programs that assist individuals and families affected by the disease. Beyond healthcare, we also support organizations focused on improving global living conditions and public health.
