About the client
Our client is an international dairy company specialized in dairy products for retail sale.
The Challenge
The client was looking for a way to integrate dicing of the feta cheese and weighing and packing including brine filling into one complete line. This would eliminate internal handling between existing lines and optimize the production flow.
The solution
Cabinplant supplied a complete line for the customer. The line is now handling the complete process from reception of the big feta blocks, dividing and dicing and on to the multihead weigher, filling of retail buckets with feta and a liquid filler for dosing of brine.
The result
The client has optimized production flow and eliminated the internal handling between the previous lines resulting in reduced labor costs and an improved working environment with less heavy lifting.
