This technology is able to precisely weigh small portions of often sticky natural poultry products, providing the accuracy needed for their packaging requirements

The result

Following a process of testing and continuous refinement, the client bought a total of 22 Multihead Weighers, where they had achieved greater accuracy but also improved yield in their production processes.

Moreover, the financial impact of this collaboration is also noteworthy. By reducing giveaway by just 1%, the client achieved an estimated savings of €678,000 ( $735,019) per year and achieved ROI, return of investment, for the equipment in approximately 18 months.
