This client needed a solution to produce their own label of shredded yellow cheese and have it packed in fixed-weight bags.
The solution
The solution to this challenge was a Cabinplant multihead weighing line with a third-party cheese shredder integrated in line with the weighing line.
The result
The client optimized their production of shredded cheese and got a line which is easy to operate and requires a minimum of manpower. Furthermore, integrating the Cabinplant multihead weigher resulted in a higher throughput with significantly less giveaway.
