Without our employees, Cabinplant would not be among the leading partners in the food processing industry. Our complex food processing solutions require skilled and dedicated people to invest time and energy in creating the next skyrocket machinery and equipment. It is our responsibility to establish and ensure a healthy and good workplace culture with room for different minds and different ideas. Our average seniority of more than 15 years speaks for itself, and we are proud to have established a workplace with loyal and dedicated employees.

We appreciate a diverse workforce and understand that talent comes in many different shapes and forms. One model doesn´t necessarily fit all, but we do believe that it is possible for everyone to fit in if the workplace is both inclusive, open, and tolerant. At Cabinplant, we see education as an investment in the future. We are happy to welcome apprentices, trainees, and interns into the organization and to entrust them with meaningful tasks and responsibility. They contribute by bringing curiosity and dedication and integrate easily and quickly into the organization. We work closely with local schools and educational institutions and are also happy to offer short or long trainee programs to young students.
