Applying for a job at Cabinplant?
When you apply for a job, we ask for your consent to store and process your personal data to be able to evaluate your qualifications related to an open position. This happens in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations article 6.
For us to comply with GDPR, we kindly ask you to apply through our website only, because it enables us to store and process your personal data correctly and in accordance with national and European legislation (GDPR).
We collect and process regular personal data (e.g. name, address), and possibly sensitive data if you have included it in your application. However, please exclude your CPR number (civil registration number) from your application.
Your consent allows us to store your data in up to 6 months to be considered for other positions at the company, but you can always log in to the recruitment system and change or delete your application and thereby delete your personal data. You can access our recruitment system here or withdraw your consent by sending an e-mail to consent@cabinplant.com.
After 6 months, you will receive an e-mail enabling you to renew your consent. If you do not renew your consent, your data will be deleted automatically from our recruitment system. If you wish to delete it at an earlier stage, please log in to the recruitment system by using your e-mail address.
Working for Cabinplant?
When you work for Cabinplant, we ask for your consent to store and process your personal data. We need personal data from you in order to handle salary payout, pension payment, insurance etc. We refer to our employee handbook for further information about processing of personal data, consent, and withdrawal of consent.
Supplier or Customer?
When we register you as either a supplier or a customer, we ask for your consent to store and process personal data such as name, address etc. Consent is given through our Business Partner Setup Form. You can always withdraw you consent by sending an e-mail to consent@cabinplant.com.
When you download product brochures from our website or subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to us storing and processing personal data such as name, mail address and phone number.
