The prize has been given as recognition of Cabinplant’s extra work, regarding social responsibility and doing more than what is required by law. Cabinplant goes the extra mile to take care of our employees and future colleagues and is especially a front-runner in the area of helping young people improve their skills. It is important to us that they get the opportunity to explore their options in terms of education and career. Therefore, we offer internships, student jobs, trainee positions and apprenticeships in every department at Cabinplant.
We acknowledge that it can be difficult at the age of 15 to decide what to work with for the rest of your life. Therefore, we always welcome young students at Cabinplant’s headquarter and offer them a unique look at the business world from first row.
Furthermore, we currently have as much as 16 apprentices/trainees working in our production or administration as a part of their education. This is also more than we are required to have by law. We believe it is our duty to help and educate our next generation – and we love doing so.
