Peach processing

According to Chinese tradition the peach is symbolic of long life and even immortality. Although it may be difficult to prove the latter, the healthy and nutritious fruit may well contribute to a long and healthy life. A large part of the world's production of peaches is canned, and in this way the shelf life of the fruit is prolonged considerably, whilst the content of important nutrients is maintained.

Cabinplant can provide complete filling lines for peaches in halves, quarters or diced. The solutions reduce giveaway to only 2% and consist of:
