Many scientific studies have established that berries - fresh, cooked or frozen - have a number of health benefits. Add to this the fact that they are colourful and tasty, and you have many reasons to include them regularly in your diet. However, their delicate nature also requires gentle processing in order to maintain their important nutritional properties.
