Feta cheese processing

Feta cheese is the heart and soul of the Greek cuisine. The traditional use is as ingredient in Greek salad, but feta cheese has also become widely used in a variety of other salads around the world. For this purpose it is often sold diced in cups - a process that requires accurate and gentle treatment.
