Batch weigher

The Cabinplant batch weigher is designed to weigh a variety of different products, e.g. frozen vegetables, whole frozen fish, or frozen shrimp into cartons, boxes, bags or sacks. 

Capacity: 6-10 portions per minute
Portion size: 5 to 20 kg
Accuracy: +/- 5 gram (depending on portion size)

Option: Double solution with capacity of up to 20 portions per minute.

The batch weigher is equipped with sturdy load cells, which can stand a considerable overload.

The batch weigher consists of

• Infeed conveyor
• Vibrator with coarse/fine dosing
• Batch hopper
• Platform for boxes, bags etc.
