Dispenser for cans, cups, trays and lids

Cabinplant can provide a number of dispensers for cans, cups, trays and lids for use in different industries. The dispensers can be applied for various shapes of cups, trays and lids, e.g. round, rectangular, square, oval, etc. For cups and trays the containers and lids must be stackable.

Advantages include:

• The dispenser can be supplied either as an individual machine or as part of a complete line
• The dispenser is equipped with exchangeable magazines for different container/lid sizes. Swift change-over from one size to another; tools are unnecessary
• The dispenser is also available with a buffer magazine for automatic feeding of stacks of cans/cups/trays/lids into the unit. This ensures a steady production flow and reduces the need for additional manpower
• A Cabinplant dispenser is either delivered with separate control panel or with a control unit incorporated in the control system for the complete processing line
• The special design of a Cabinplant dispenser ensures easy and safe cleaning and meets the high demands of the food industry.

Capacity each dispenser: Up to 90 cups/trays/lids per minute and up to 125 cans per minute, depending on size and type.
