Line grader The Cabinplant line grader is designed to grade different fish and shellfish products by weight. Determination of capacity and number of required grades is based on the specific product.
Product is fed manually to secure that only one piece of product is fed into the line grader at a time. As an example, 120 pieces per minute can be fed by as little as two persons.
The line grader consists of: - Infeed conveyor
- Check weigher
- Distribution conveyor with gates
- Chutes with buffer
Option: The line grader can be provided with a batching system for the graded products for pre-determined portion sizes.
