Vibratory glazer Correct glazing requires that the product moves through the water mist at a specified speed. The Cabinplant vibratory glazer is designed to spray a uniform layer of glaze on IQF frozen products and it is very suitable for smaller products e.g. seafood (shrimps, mussels, pieces of fish) and chicken products.
A special feature is the double deck design, where the product falls from one deck to another, thus turning the product to get a uniform glaze on the whole product.
The maximum amount of glaze depends on the product temperature before glazing, and the temperature of the water used for glazing.
An option is to divide the vibratory glazer into lanes in order to glaze different product sizes at the same time. This ensures that the glaze level is optimized for each size.
The vibratory glazer is equipped with: - Special grill design to separate small particles
- Easy dismountable grills by means of snap locks

- Several spray banks of atomized water
- Shut off valves for adjusting number of spray banks in operation
- Vibratory motors with variable stroke
- Special water filter for protecting nozzles from clogging
- Hinged cover to protect glazing area
- Low voltage net heating to prevent net from icing over (optional)
