Stirring unit The Cabinplant stirring unit is designed for intermittent stirring (agitation) of various types of products, such as herring fillets and peeled shrimp, etc.
A sinus curve movement ensures agitation in all corners of the vessel, resulting in a perfect mix.
Stirring speed is adjustable via a frequency converter. Stirring time is either controlled by a PLC or a timer relay.
A vessel is placed in the frame and the stirring sequence is started. When the cycle is complete, the vessel is manually replaced by another vessel.
Cabinplant also manufactures automatic systems for stirring of several vessels in turn, e.g. 10 x 10 vessels. In this case, the stirring unit is hanged from a crane system and works in an x/y coordinate system. |
