Waterfall filler Cabinplant can provide a wide range of waterfall fillers (overflow fillers) for dosing of liquids. The fillers are individually adapted to the relevant task, e.g. dosing into one or several containers.
The empty containers pass underneath a waterfall of the liquid, thus being filled. The remaining liquid flows over the side of the container. Excess liquid is collected in a tray and pumped back to the infeed tray. The containers are subsequently washed.
Capacity: Approx. 250 containers/min. depending on container size.
The waterfall fillers can be used for a variety of liquids, such as:
- Salt brine
- Oil
- Tomato sauce
The waterfall fillers are available either as individual machines or as components in complete lines, e.g. a canning line for mackerel.
