Packing line for cups

Cabinplant can provide a complete tailor-made system for portioning and filling of cups and pots. The system is available with one, two, four or six lanes.

The system allows precise weighing, filling and packing of product into a variety of different cups and pots, e.g. round, square or oval. Containers and lids must be stackable.  

The giveaway is extremely low and the system secures accurate portioning, filling and sealing of cups and pots.

• Infeed system for product (elevator/vibratory conveyor)
• Multihead weigher

• Distribution tool with optional vibrator, stamper or agitator
• Check weigher (optional)
• Brine dosing unit for brine/sauce filling
• Sieve dispenser (optional)
• Lid dispenser
• Lid closer
• Washing machine for closed containers
• Cartoning (optional)

Option: A compact alternative with a rotary table is also available.
