Distribution tool Cabinplant's customized distribution tools are designed to receive weighed portions from a multihead weigher for distribution and filling into trays. The tools are available for filling from 1 up to 4 x 5 trays at a time.
Advantages include: - The tools are tailor-made to match specific requirements.
- Option of a specially profiled surface to handle extremely sticky products.
- Optional stamper to push the products into trays, if required.
- Tools can be adapted to fit the trays 100 per cent. During discharge of the product batch, the bottom part of the distribution tool is lowered into the tray, covering the edge to avoid product spillage and subsequent problems with foil welding.
- The tool can be supplied on a mobile support, permitting removal of the distribution tool sideways to facilitate cleaning and prevent splashing on packing machine.
- The same distribution tool can be adapted to the production of various formats by replacing the bottom format section.
- The control of the distribution tool is integrated in the central control system to ensure quick changeover.
