Dosing of liquids

Cabinplant can provide various solutions for the cost-efficient and reliable dosing of liquids such as brine, sauces, oil, marinade etc. All solutions are individually adapted to match desired capacity, filling volume and viscosity. The solutions include brine dosing units, piston fillers, vacuum fillers and waterfall fillers and can be provided as individual machines or as part of a complete processing line. 

Dosing of pieces

The dosing of pieces can be done in a number of different ways depending on the type of product and the desired container. Cabinplant can provide solutions for various products, e.g. spices, vegetables (IQF, fresh, cooked), rice, meat etc. Solutions comprise screw dosers and different volumetric fillers, including a specially developed version, which uses vacuum and is well-suited for delicate products such as horseradish, sundried tomatoes and seaweed. For difficult to handle products such as gherkins, sliced beetroot etc. a rotor filler is an optimum solution.
