Manual cutting and trimming system The Cabinplant cutting and trimming system is designed to improve the product flow for both product and waste during manual processing. It secures the operators perfect working conditions, e.g. space available, adjustable platforms etc.
The system consists of a conveyor system with different conveyors for raw material, finished cut-/trimmed product and waste. It can be designed for boxes/trays or for operation without these.
The specific design depends on required capacity and product type e.g. fish, meat, shellfish etc.
The cutting and trimming system is equipped with: - Required conveyor belts for raw material, finished product and waste
- Cutting tables with waste chutes
- Accumulation bins for raw material or support frames for trays
- Adjustable platforms for the operators, if needed
- Other features, e.g. shower for cleaning of cutting table can be supplied
