Debyssing machine The Cabinplant debyssing machine is designed to remove the small threads sticking out from the mussel meat after removal from the shell.
The machine is equipped with specially designed rollers, which grab the threads and rip them out without damaging the meat. The mussels are rotated during the process to ensure a uniform debyssing.
Capacity approx. 400 kg/h
The debyssing machine is equipped with: - Debyssing rollers, which are specially designed
- Pneumatic system to ensure the right pressure on the rollers for a good grip of the threads
- System for adjusting the angle of the debyssing area. The angle will determine the capacity and debyssing result
- Water spray nozzle system above the debyssing area
- Eccentric drive unit with few moving parts
