Cheese cutter The Cabinplant range of cheese cutters allows accurate and uniform cutting of cheese blocks into smaller portions. They are available for hard and soft cheese types, and the cheese cutters can be supplied either as individual machines or as components in complete lines, e.g. a cheese shredding line. Machinery for dicing of cheese blocks is also available. As a speciality Cabinplant can provide a cutter for feta cheese, where the actual cutting is calculated on the basis of a check weighing and volume calculation of the cheese block in question.
Depending on the cheese hardness, the various cutters can be supplied with strings, alternatively knives, to make the optimum cut. The cheese is pushed through the strings/knives by means of a worm gear/screw spindle system. This ensures an optimum handling of each cheese block as well as a uniform conveyance, resulting in a precise and clean cut.

The special design of Cabinplant's cheese cutters ensures easy and safe cleaning and meets the high cleaning demands in the dairy industry. Components in contact with the product can be dismounted without the use of tools, allowing a thorough cleaning and sterilization of these parts.
