The Cabinplant bean snipper is designed for automatic snipping of green beans. It has a high capacity and flexibility and provides a gentle product treatment. The bean snipper is easy to clean to ensure a high hygiene standard.
Capacity 1.5 - 2.0 t/h, depending on the bean size.
The bean snipper consists of: - Rotating drum with plastic segments with slot openings of 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 and 7.0 mm. The segments are available with straight or crinkled slots
- Triangular knives on the outside of the drum to snip the beans
- Inside rotating drum to increase snipping efficiency and protect the beans against breakage
- Outside rotating brush to keep the drum clean
- Frame in stainless steel square bars
- Safety guarding with electrical interlock
The bean snipper can be used for round beans (haricots verts) as well as for flat beans.
