Bean cutter

The Cabinplant bean cutter is designed for automatic cross cutting of green beans. It provides a 100% efficient cut to ensure a homogeneous product.

Capacity 3-3.5 t/h depending on the bean size.

The bean cutter consists of:

Infeed vibrator to rectify the beans and ensure a uniform flow into the cutting wheels
2 cutting wheels with knives rotating towards each other to form a cutting chamber in which the beans are cut into the required length
Frame in square stainless steel bars
Safety guarding with electrical interlock
Electrical control panel in stainless steel

Cutting lengths: 16, 25, 30 and 39 mm (other sizes available on request).
