Cabinplant's bean cluster cutter is designed for automatic declustering and presnipping of green beans. It ensures a gentle product treatment and a high efficiency.
Capacity 1.5 - 2.0 t/h, depending on the bean size.
The bean cluster cutter consists of: - Rotating drum with plastic segments with slot openings of 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 and 7.0 mm. The segments are available with straight or crinkled slots
- Rotating shaft with knives rotating towards the drum to cut the clusters
- Triangular knives at the outside of the drum to snip the beans
- Inside rotating drum to increase snipping efficiency and to protect the beans against breakage
- Outside rotating brush to keep the drum clean
- Frame in square stainless steel bars
- Safety guarding with electrical interlock
The bean cluster cutter can be used for round beans (haricots verts) as well as for flat beans.
