The Cabinplant hopper cleaner provides effective and gentle cleaning of weigh hoppers, etc. ensuring a high hygiene standard. It is easy to install in close vicinity to the multihead weigher, as it only requires 1 m² of space.
The washing program consists of a warm main wash with automatic adding of detergent plus a final rinse with hot water. This can be combined with a cold/ warm pre-wash, intermediate rinse and possible cooling with cold water. The washing process takes only 30 minutes.
The hopper cleaner has a low noise level and is environmentally friendly with low water consumption due to recirculation of clean water at every stage of the washing process. |
