Rotor filler The Cabinplant rotor filler has been specially developed for the filling of difficult-to-handle products such as pickled cucumbers/gherkins, cut beans, sliced beetroot, olives, silver onions, cherries, green peas, etc. It can handle both glass jars and cans in a fast and efficient way. As an example, for glass jars of 720 ml (opening 72 mm) the capacity of gherkins is 220 glass jars per minute.
The rotor filler provides high-speed filling with less risk of contamination caused by glass splinters compared to other filling methods. Each glass jar/can is handled individually and filled by means of vibration. If a breakage should occur, the product will simply fall to the floor. This way, production stops and downtime are eliminated.
Changeover between products is fast and simple.
The rotor filler consists of: - Infeed vibrator, where all glass jars/cans are kept separate
- Rotor filler, consisting of a 40-station vibrating table
- Infeed/outfeed conveyor
- Infeed star wheel/outfeed star wheel
- Controlpanel
